The DNREC Division of Climate, Coastal, and Energy (DCCE) administers numerous energy efficiency programs that provide rebates to qualifying Delaware entities in order to help reduce energy costs, maximize energy savings, and reduce overall environmental impact.
The Energy Efficiency Investment Fund (EEIF) supports Delaware non-residential entities in replacing aging, inefficient equipment and systems with energy efficient alternatives.
The Cool Switch Low Impact Refrigerant Program (Cool Switch) incentivizes Delaware non-residential entities to use refrigerants with lower global warming potential (GWP) impacts.
The Rebates and Action for Cool Efficient Roofing Program (RACER) encourages both Delaware residential and non-residential entities to install cool roofing systems and technology on their homes and/or businesses.
